Improving user adoption of a government-wide acquisition platform

In support of category management and to increasing user adoption of a Government-wide acquisition platform, the Parnin Group provided recommendations to GSA’s ITS in the areas of technology and platform architecture, customer experience, content management, and information architecture. Our scope of work included analysis of content areas in external market intelligence, Government insights, and purchasing advice. We provided recommendations on content management and strategy.
