About the project
The Parnin Group conducted strategic and organizational assessment of the impact and achievements of a natural resource management agency, including developing recommendations for its future state. The scope of our work included a review and assessment of policy and legal statutes, funding and budget; operational performance and organizational health, including workforce capacity and competency.
