About the project
The Parnin Group conducted a strategic and organizational review of a Federal Human Capital Agency which is responsible for Government-wide human capital management. Our work included an assessment and analysis of the agency’s mission and functions, and it’s services, including its mission, strategy, leadership, organizational design, operational model and workforce.
