About the project

The Parnin Group conducted a comprehensive equity assessment of a local government public safety organization, to review existing and proposed policies, practices, programs, and services for disparate outcomes based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and other socioeconomic factors. It included an internal survey and review of policies, procedures, and other resources to identify disparities in achieving fair and equitable outcomes for its employees.
